To rent a boat without a skipper it is necessary to have a nautical qualification.
Qualifications issued in Spain (PNB, PER, Yacht Master, etc.) and qualifications from other countries that are valid for the sea are accepted.
Licenses for inland waters (lakes, lagoons, rivers, etc.) will not be accepted.

You must follow the basic safety rules in navigation, keep the necessary distance from land, respect the maximum speed, do not anchor in protected areas of the “Posidonia” marine plant, do not carry more passage than allowed.
You must always inform the total number of people who will travel on board and return at the established time.
It is important for the safety of people on board that these rules are met and respected.
It is not allowed to sail at night, before sunset, the boat must be in port.
A valid identification document will be sufficient.
If the client decides to cancel the reservation on their own, they must notify at least two months (60 calendar days) before the rental start date. In this case, 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded, leaving the remaining 20% to cover administrative expenses.
If the client delays his cancellation beyond the previously established deadline but communicates it at least one month in advance (30 calendar days) before the start date of the rental, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the deadline of one month (30 calendar days) prior to the start date of the rental has been exceeded without communication from the client to cancel the reservation, no amount will be refunded.
